I started working with Zori since march 2024 while starting my process of recovery. I haven’t had a personal trainer before but I like that Zori gives me so much encouragement, not only while exercising, but about how to eat healthier and keep a positive mind too. I’ve seen so much improvement on my body and my energy levels thanks to following her tips to recover myself mentally and physically. Her sessions leave me with not doubt that I worked properly the right muscles, I enjoy that she explains to me what are the muscles that I should be feeling while exercise and how to correctly make the posture. Very thankful to her.
