Been with Zane for 18 weeks now. 100% would recommend. Works you hard but works with you and your life commitments. If you stick to his routine you will 100% get fitter and stronger.

Zain is a high quality, highly motivated and disciplined trainer. I’ve been training with Zain for 12 weeks and not only has he helped me transform my body into something i’ve been very proud of but he’s helped me believe that anything is possible if you set your mind to something big or small, he wont stop until you’ve reached your goals, he encourages you and gives you the power to believe in yourself when you haven’t been able to do so on your own. Zain is an excellent trainer. I am disabled and he was so patient and understanding with me. His empathy is quite refreshing combined with his ability to both motivate and encourage me is super helpful. I have quite a complex case of symptoms but Zain was never pushy and is consistently checking with me to ensure it isn't too much. He ensures that I am able to transfer from my wheelchair to a machine and he explains what each machine does in the process. He is always there to help me but he also understands my need for independence!

Zain is an excellent trainer and plans out the sessions well. He focuses on my goals and tailors and workout a d meal plan accordingly.
