Hi, I’m Zahra, a Personal Trainer and Registered Nutritionist with a background in women’s health coaching and a strong foundation in fitness. My journey began years ago when I discovered how empowering strength and movement could be—especially for women navigating hormonal changes, busy lifestyles, or unique health challenges.

I specialise in working with women of all ages, from those managing PCOS or menopause to those simply wanting to feel strong, balanced, and confident in their bodies again. My approach blends personalised fitness plans with realistic nutrition strategies that work with your lifestyle—not against it.
