Through my several years of work experience be it in customer facing roles for 5 star Hotel properties, Security for Luxurious Residential Buildings and a Fitness Instructor for the Leisure Industry. I genuinely got a thrill out of helping people and making a difference to their lives. I wanted to combine this with a passion outside of work which is health and fitness. With these two traits, being a personal trainer makes perfect sense. In order to expand my repertoire, I am currently studying towards receiving my qualifications in Level 3 Exercise Referral & Level 4 Nutrition for Weight Management and Athletic Performance since I'm always eager to learn more.

Growing up, I really enjoyed partaking in competitive sport such as Rugby, Cricket and Badminton however I was too nervous to attend a gym, purely as I was very self-conscious about my physique due to fluctuating between being underweight and overweight. What helped me overcome this fear was when I had my first PT sessions in Oxford where I grew up, building my confidence in knowing what to do in the gym, the correct diet to follow based on my goals and training consistency. As this factor made a difference to my life because I found a physique that I'm happy with, I would love to do the same for you all regardless of what your fitness goals may be.

I am in my third trimester of pregnancy and I have to say I was very impressed by Will, he was very knowledgeable, considerate of my needs and it was a great workout . I recommend!

I was referred to Will post a cancer diagnosis and chemo. The chemo had led to a lot of muscle wastage and I was keen to regain strength and movement.
From our initial consultation, Will has been supportive . We set goals and smashed them and my training program has been adapted continually to meet my ongoing progression .

I trust Will completely as I know he has my best interests at the core of what he does and the goal he sets me. Will knows when to push me and when to cut me some slack which isn’t very often.

Will has a great sense of humour and it has certainly helped. I look forward to every session because I know we’re gonna have a giggle.

I’ve just completed six weeks training and have booked another six. I think that says more than anything else I could write.

I’ve had a few sessions with Will now and love that I am challenged and make progress every time. He’s very knowledgeable and we’ve worked together to find a balanced routine each time to meet my fitness goals. Our sessions are a mixture of free weights and cables - all of which I struggle to set up on my own,, and one of the many reasons for having a personal trainer. I feel that I’ve got the most from every session and always look forward to the next one 💪😊

I Had a couple of sessions with Will recently and it was really helpful! Will knew exactly what he was talking about and was really patient and encouraging, explained how to use the machines and what to use for my needs. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be going back!

I had my first session with Will today and thoroughly enjoyed it. Will is very knowledgable, talking me through each exercise and ensuring I was maintaining the correct form. He knew my ability better than I did and challenged me when he knew I had capacity to push myself. A very professional, approachable and motivational PT. Looking forward to our next session and moving forwards with my fitness journey.
