Hi, I’m Steve (I go by my middle name).

I am here to help you achieve your goals, I will make your targets my targets and guide and support you to achieve them, I appreciate the barriers we all have are unique but I am here to help you overcome them.

I have been a Personal Trainer since 2019, training people predominantly outdoors in local greenspaces to achieve a variety of goals from general fitness improvements to weight and fat loss, delivering a 1 to 1 bespoke training programs and service tailored to the clients individual goals and needs, this has relied on high level of adaptability and intuitive training style to not only accommodate and adapt to the client but also the environment. From this I am armed with skills to adapt and evolve, to provide you the tools to conquer your goals.

I am a former rugby player, boxer, kickboxer and semi professional MMA Fighter. I have deep life-long love affair with training, exercise and physical activity, it’s the foundation of life and I endeavor to help you find that same excitement and joy, because it has to be fun so we can reach our goals, learn and grow whilst smiling and enjoying the journey right!

Having had pain in my knee for a while due to osteoarthritis, I called upon Steve to build me a programme to that would help strengthen my knee and build fitness. I was a beginner, having not done any exercise for years. However, Steve not only built me a programme aimed at my level but that was easily increased in intensity once I was fitter. Steve was patient with me whilst going through each exercise and was willing to answer any questions I had, even when he was not present, through text or call. I would 100% recommend him.
