I specialise in functional fitness (or hybrid training as it’s commonly known), and strength & conditioning style workouts. Not only can I assist you in moving well in your day to day life, I will challenge you towards peak performance, whatever that looks like for you! With a PROGRESS ONLY mindset we will ensure longevity in your commitment with a tailored plan that works around your goals and lifestyle.
I have competed at Hyrox, ATHX and Farm Games, over the past 2 years and plan to do many more! You have to take a chance to make a change - dream big…you never know where you might get to!
Why did I choose functional/hybrid? I have trained in bodybuilding, running, functional, conditioning style workouts and I found that I noticed the most significant changes in my overall health and physique when I focussed on hybrid. My body moves better as a whole - I look good, move good and most importantly feel good!
I have a background in high level retail management and coupled with a psychology degree I understand the importance of coaching for progression, and people behaviour that drives the motivation to make this happen. Not only am I invested in your coach led sessions, but your wellbeing as a whole.

Victoria is amazing. I’ve been strength training for years and never seen much progress. After just 6 weeks with Victoria I look leaner, healthier and feel stronger. Not only is she’s very knowledgeable, she’s a lovely person also - I really look forward to our 121 sessions each week. I absolutely love her positive attitude and she is great at making you feel like you’ve achieved something. I also know she genuinely cares about me reaching my goals and I can tell she enjoys being part of that journey with me. As much as I love my sessions, she definitely pushes me outside of my comfort zone, but that’s what a good PT should do.
