Hey! I’m Vicky, I’m passionate about fitness, sport and mental health. My interest in sport began at 5 when I started playing tennis. I progressed to a semi professional level and played at Junior Wimbledon. My main sport now though is boxing. I am a member of my local boxing club and a qualified Boxercise instructor. I can integrate boxing style training into workout sessions as it’s an amazing way to not only increase cardiovascular health but also for strength training and endurance.
I decided to qualify as a PT because I want to help people understand the importance of exercise not just on physical health but mental health too. My own experience has proven to me how strong the connection is between mental and physical health. Our health is all we ever really have!
My approach is caring and motivating. Our sessions are tailored to you as an individual. Whether you want a hard hitting serious session or a less intense and fun workout, we work together to design a routine that keeps you motivated.

I had a great introduction to the gym with Vicky at Tor Leisure. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away. She took the time to understand my goals and fitness level, ensuring that the training plan she created was tailored to me. Her approach was supportive and encouraging, making the whole experience enjoyable. I left the session feeling confident and motivated to start my fitness journey. Highly recommended!

Having had a somewhat forced break from fitness for a couple of years, it was daunting at the thought of getting back into it. Vicky made it enjoyable which made me want to do it more. She took into consideration my abilities and limits and came up with a plan that I'm confident in following.

Vicky has been amazing. I have not really been to a gym before and was feeling extremely uncomfortable. Vicky put me at ease straight away and encouraged confidence as we worked through the workout she had put together for me. She has put together an amazing workout routine for me that is just right for me. I feel confident that I can stick to this as there is a good variety of different exercises to ensure I do not get bored and enjoy the workout.

I have just had my 1st session with Vicky. I have had PT's In the past. I found Vicky very understanding about my many injuries. She is very positive. encouraging and motivational. I had a hard session but felt good afterwards, so good I have booked another session. I am looking forward to following her plan and getting fitter and stronger. The first thing you notice about Vicky is her smile and openness to chat and offer help. I booked a complimentary one to one with her a few days later. We had open lines of communication before my taster session, where we discussed goals and any limitations I have. A simple form was filled in and we were ready to go.
Based upon what we had discussed Vicky put together a great first session, challenging me and also checking in to make sure I was doing ok. She was cheerful, positive and enthusiastic, encouraging and motivational - all in the right balance. I definitely worked harder during our session than I might normally push myself but that is exactly what I need. Now I do have some nasty muscular and joint issues, that Vicky and I have to work around, but she is taking all adjustments I need in her stride and suggesting alternatives. I have now signed up for 12 sessions and I’m looking forward to getting stronger and feeling fitter and healthier. Thanks Vicky :-)

Had a 1:1 personal training session with Vicky and she was really good. Came up with a training plan based on my requirements (strength training) and was really encouraging and supportive, pushed me throughout my workout. Would highly recommend!
