I am an enthusiastic Strength & Conditioning coach/Personal Trainer with relevant B.Sc. Sport & Exercise Science degree and Master of Science in Strength & Conditioning from Liverpool John Moores University, regarded as one of world-leading sport & exercise science institutes.
Being an applied practitioner working with professional athletes and general public on 1-2-1 and group sessions, as well as my background as semi-professional athlete, allowed me to further enhance my understanding of both sides of the physical development spectrum to help people from all fitness levels to achieve their goals, by providing individual science-based training programs, nutritional and wellness guidance aiming to improve performance and quality of life.
I can provide you with 1-2-1 training or if you wish to train in small groups (couples or friends) you more than welcome to bring your team to join my team. Online services are also available with full mentorship and training programs specifically designed to meet your needs and achieve your goals.

I highly recommend Vicente Ture as a personal trainer. He has been instrumental in helping me understand which exercise machines target different parts of the body for a complete workout. Despite being familiar with buzzwords like strength training, I struggled to see progress until Vinny crafted personalised exercise programmes for me.
His workouts are effective at burning calories even after the session, a result I hadn’t experienced before. Vinny is meticulous with form, providing constructive and supportive corrections when needed.
He is also very accommodating with scheduling appointments and as a busy working mum it is not always easy to find time for my exercise. However Vinny does not take any excuses lightly and will always find a solution!
His methodical approach, starting with simple steps and gradually increasing the intensity, is encouraging. If necessary, he adjusts the exercises to match my progress.
Additionally, Vinny offers valuable nutrition advice to complement my exercise routine.

My experience with Vincente so far has been very positive. I am seeing the progress that I would have hoped to see in turns of my physical shape. He uses all the latest technologies to review my health so that I can understand the progress I am making. He makes the sessions very enjoyable and makes sure that the training is not too easy or difficult.

I can only provide positive feedback for Vicente, having now experienced two separate block training sessions and feeling much healthier as a result. Healthier not just fitter, as Vicente provides nutritional guidance alongside the physical exertion. I have been training with Vicente now since I had my induction when I joined Brooklands Health Club in the Autumn. When I first met Vicente I knew that I wanted to work with him. Before now, I have always gone to the gym but never spotted any personal trainers who I thought I would want to train with. The sessions have been going well, they are hard but enjoyable at the same time. Vicente is very patient as a trainer and he is friendly and very easy to get along with. I had a medical complaint which set me back a bit, and Vicente coached me back to a healthy position to pick up where I had previously left off. Over the months I have lost weight, and feel much fitter and stronger than I did before.
