I am a qualified Personal Trainer at Gosling Sports Park. I began my road to fitness, after battling weight loss myself, and discovering that having an exercise and eating plan can change your life.
I have over twenty years experience in the fitness industry, during that time improving my skills running fitness classes and PT sessions.

P.t sessionswith Ronniat the moment over Zoom are Brilliant.
I was working from home and found I was short on time during my lunchbreak and now we're in lockdown again it is so convenient I can literally click a link and roll out my Yoga/ Pilates mat.
My house is chaotic at the moment with
Shift work and building works
Even in a small space you can have the most fantastic workout.
I can't tell you how many times I have tried
You Tube workouts/ Video's and have given up because they were just not engaging enough or to Challenging
I feel there is continuity and personal growth to each P t session, I am introduced to a different variation of class nd I achieve more with every weekly session.
My P.t sessions have also incorporated the use of hone Gym equipment for example
Weights, Resistance Bands and Pilates Rings every session can be different if you want it to be just ask
After my P t my Shoulders and back feel incredible and Stretched and my mood is lifted
I am getting so much more than I ever did in group classes, free fitness apps or media

I am very pleased with my results as I've already seen change in my muscle definition ans also had my mood uplifted by her way of encouraging you even if yy feel you can't do it!
Ronni keeps in contact with you in between sessions to check of you are okay and if there is anything you are not sure about, and will always get back to you.
I've had meal plans, and at home Workouts that I do inbetween sessions.
She has helped me get back into Fitnedsmode and I love her attitude towards Personal Training and the effort she puts into helping her clients be successful in their own road to better fitness in mind and Body.

I started my personal training sessions with Ron around 3 months ago and I couldn't be happier with her. She has such an immense amount of knowledge and experience and has taught me so much already. Each lesson is different and challenges me in the best way. I really look forward to my training sessions with her every week as she has made working out enjoyable and I have a great level of trust towards her which is important to me. My confidence has grown tremendously because of our sessions and I am starting to really see improvements in my fitness levels and overall physique. I would thoroughly recommend training with Ron to help you achieve your fitness goals!

I have recently started PT sessions with Ronni. As someone who didn’t know where to start with exercise she has taught me so much and helped my confidence grow in the gym and with fitness in general. I really look forward to my training sessions with her as they are so enjoyable, and it helps that she’s so lovely too!
