Before moving to UK, I have been coaching fitness for almost 10 years in India. Being a military brat, fitness and a disciplined lifestyle was always the priority. I myself loved sports and aerobic activities throughout my life like Badminton, Lawn Tennis, Zumba, and Marathon Running.

I specialise in someone who helps you achieve your fitness goals through Personal Training, Zumba Training, and Nutrition. I design customized workouts as per individual needs which keeps you safe as you lose weight or gain muscle mass and strength.

I work with clients of all shapes and sizes, from beginners who are just beginning to work out to avid fitness fans who want to take their bodies to the next level. Whether you’re trying to lose weight, gain muscle, or simply get healthier, I can help you reach your goals safely and effectively! As per your choice of workout. In addition to giving you advice on nutrition, I can also help prepare meals and offer tips on portion control.

She is very knowledgeable, not only in putting together workouts but also in providing tips on diet and nutrition. I work with Vandana twice a week and she gives me targets between sessions. I am 36 years old and a mum.. 😀 I would love to share, this might help other new mummy. Getting back to exercise regimen after giving birth is extremely important. I know it’s challenging and bit overwhelming, as may be you are feeding or you had C section delivery, and might be still in pain or discomfort. But going out and joining a fitness routine is a blessing to uplifting the mood and give you new confidence . It helped me like crazzy. I was In totally confused situation after my c section delivery like what to do with my body , which has no strength as my 5 months baby girl was totally surviving upon my feed. I had to take help of my PT vandana, who is amazing in dealing this situation. And gave me full guidance of workout routine and corrected my back posture which I have developed a hunch while Breast-feeding, also gave me a great balanced diet which helped my nutrition and babies health.
