My journey started first as a soldier for 24 years, then navigating the pressures of corporate life. Like many, I put my own health on the backburner while focusing on work and everything else. Over time, the weight piled on, and I felt more and more disconnected from the active person I used to be.
One day, I hit a point where enough was enough and I didn’t like the person looking back in the mirror. I was tired of feeling sluggish, tired, and uncomfortable in my own skin. So, I decided to change—and that decision led me to lose 27 kg. The process was tough, but the transformation was even more powerful. It wasn’t just about losing weight; it was about finding myself again, reconnecting with my health, and rediscovering my energy—it reignited my passion for fitness and led me to become a Certified Personal Trainer.
I realised how many people were feeling stuck like I had been, unsure how to turn things around.
Now, I work with men and women who want to take back control of their health. I know firsthand what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by life’s demands, but I also know the joy of coming out the other side stronger, fitter, and more energised. Here’s what I can help you achieve:

Age is inevitable but my acceptance of the issues associated with this journey were somewhat clouded and mainly ignored. Trevor has helped nurture an understanding that through diet, training (the right training) and mindset you can become more active in your personal daily routines, from throwing a leg over your favourite motorcycle to showing your family your latest moves on a bosu ball.
