Fitness has always been my passion, from a young age I have always been involved with competitive sport and at the age of 22 I was signed as professional cyclist on a Tour de France team.
Since leaving cycling 10 years ago I’ve become more gym focused, concentrating on injury prevention, strength, hypertrophy and endurance training. I also am passionate about diet and believe alongside resistance training a healthy diet plan will lead to achieving the desired goals many of us desire.
My workouts are a combination of cardio and resistance training, the perfect combination for keeping fit whilst also achieving my strength goals.
I will develop an effective program for each individual to achieve their individual goals.
