I’ve been working with Tom for several months now and before that was chatting regularly in the gym when he’s always had time to advise, share tips and generally let me tap in to his expertise, he’s very approachable and clearly very interested in helping people on their training journey, and has certainly helped me on mine.

He really knows his stuff and has tailored a great programme for me which is showing me real results, and pretty quickly. He’s got a great laid back way about him and is super knowledgable.. the training sessions are tailored exactly to my goals and I’m really enjoying working with him. A quality PT who I’m really making big progress under so couldn’t be happier with him.

I did 6 months with Tom before moving out of London. Wish I could have taken him with me! Very attentive and will work around your specific needs or problems, creating personalised routines and exercises. Incredibly knowledgable about the body and technique. Tom is a fantastic trainer. I have a back disability (scoliosis) and he was very careful to give me exercises that would strengthen my core and glutes without putting strain on my back. He is a very balanced practitioner- pushes you just the right amount. He is very aware and knowledgeable about anatomy and the body - offering a holistic approach and able to make adjustments that can make huge differences. Very happy!

I have been working with Tom for nearly a year and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.
When we started working together Tom was really good at helping me work out what my goals were and explaining the process of achieving them. We co-designed a plan that was tailored to my needs and requirements.
Tom is good at explaining clearly the science behind weight training and I have found this helpful as I now have a better sense of exactly what I need to do to see results (and what is a waste of time!)
I hope to continue to work with Tom for as long as possible as the results I’ve already seen are amazing and I really enjoy our sessions together.
