I am hugely impressed by how Tom has approached both the personal training programme and also the context in which it is taking place - around an understanding of the body, nutrition and impact etc. He has an excellent educational communicative style - really clear and informed - and is both patient and supportive in tailoring and adjusting the schedule and stages as needed. I've found it very informing and helpful and wholeheartedly recommend his training.

When we started working together Tom was really good at helping me work out what my goals were and explaining the process of achieving them. We co-designed a plan that was tailored to my needs and requirements.
Tom is good at explaining clearly the science behind weight training and I have found this helpful as I now have a better sense of exactly what I need to do to see results (and what is a waste of time!)
