My name is Stephen Weston. I’ve worked in the fitness industry since 2001, over the last 20 years I have enjoyed working with a variety of different people, of all levels fitness, all ages & a myriad of health & injury problems.
I believe that one size doesn’t fit all with health & fitness. What works for one person won’t necessarily work for another.
For me with my own training, my biggest focus is being the best version of myself & never comparing myself with others, if you can do that & be consistent with it you will make real positive changes to your health, both physical & mental.
Fitness & improving your health is very much a personal journey & not a quick fix.

Wes is superb and his sessions which are always tailored and never rigid depending on your specific ailments of the day/week (with me it's many!), great motivator and always gets the most out of you in your session! Highly recommend.
