With a lifelong passion for sports, my journey began in the pool, where I excelled in swimming and reached the pinnacle of performance. Growing up, swimming was my main sport, and I had the honour of making the Ulster squad, representing Ulster across Ireland and the UK, and achieving the title of Ulster Champion. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with various high performance coaches for strength and conditioning sessions gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience that I now bring to the gym floor.
As I had such a high passion for sport I went on to study Sport Science in college which was my pathway into university where I achieved a degree in Sports and Exercise Science.
I firmly believe in the importance of having a coach, as their guidance and expertise can make a significant difference in achieving one's fitness goals. As a Personal Trainer, my mission is to provide personalized support, expert advice, and tailored training plans to help you unlock your full potential and lead a healthier, more fulfilling life.
