Hi, I’m Sean and I want you to become the best version of yourself!

My journey began when I was 17 when I first stepped inside of a gym and never looked back ever since!

Before the gym, I was a teenager uncomfortable in my own skin who wanted to desperately improve my appearance, build a positive mindset and overall just become a healthier and happier individual.

The gym gave me absolutely everything I was looking for in life: it allowed me to understand the importance of being consistent as well as the importance of setting goals if I wanted to become better each day. These were essential skills that not only helped inside of the gym but outside as well.

The gym turned my life around and now my passion aligns with people who want to make a fresh start to their lives, build their dream bodies and adopt a killer-mindset!

Sean’s a great trainer he helped me lose lot of weight start from nearly 150kg to 123.6kg in couple of month he gave me loads of advice on good in take and diet plan he get me really motivated into losing weight and training at the gym he’s very patient with me.

Sean is a great PT. Love classes with him. His friendly and always gives you support and encouragement, especially when you think you can’t do it! I used to hated to do any exercises, but since I started to go to Sean classes I could do it every day. I would definitely highly recommend him.

Sean is such a kind, motivating and encouraging instructor. He caters to everyones needs and creates and atmosphere where you are pushed out of your comfort zone! I enjoy every session with him. He is extremely knowledgeable on nutrition and fitness on the whole! Would highly recommend him.

I had a circuit training with Sean today. I am the heaviest I have ever been my confidence and self esteem are on the floor. I was nervous to complete the training as I now have little faith in myself. However Sean was amazing. He pushed me to my limits but with care, encouragement and lots of praise. I finished the training buzzing and that is down to Sean. I can’t wait to go again next week!

Whether it's a gym class or a PT session Sean will always push you to your max potential and won't let you give up when he knows you have more in the tank, which is exactly what you need when trying to progress and achieve your fitness goals. If you want something slightly different try one of his one on one boxing PT sessions, it's a fantastic full body workout!

Had a session with Sean and was very supportive and encouraging. We did a mix up chest and arms and even when I was struggling he continued to push me to my limits and get the most out of me. Having this as a pt was very motivating as it also pushed me to do the best I can and knew I had the right support to keep going which lead me to hit a few personal records of what I could lift and will look forward to looking into booking another one.

Sean is great and so down to earth. He always pushes me to the best of my ability, and makes it fun (especially for someone like me that is not in the slightest bit athletic and dreads exercise) I love his boxing classes and look forward to them every week. If you tell him what parts you want to target he knows exactly what to do to help you achieve it. Never thought I would be one to look forward to going to the gym but thanks to Sean I’m now hooked.
