Such an amazing guy!! Very easy to get on with, explains and plans everything very well!! 100% reccomend!!

Had a few sessions, mainly weights, warm up, cool down etc. Was very informative and needed technique/form to attain maximum benefit. Had noticed results in a short space of time already. Highly recommend. 5*.
