In May 2024 I was nearly paralysed in a traffic accident that left me with 6 fractures in my spine. Today, I'm almost back to peak fitness, and loving life more than ever! If I can rebuild myself, then I am absolutely confident that I can help you smash your goals too.

The recovery journey taught me a few lessons:

1) The human body & mind are stronger and more resilient than you could possibly imagine.
2) If you look after your body, your body will look after you. You are worth the effort!
3) It is never, ever too late to start building the physique and overall fitness that you dream of.

Whether you're new to exercise, and want some friendly guidance to get started; or if you're experienced and want to finesse your program design, I'd be honoured to help you along the way. Whatever your level, I can help you:

I'm also a competitive Brazilian Jiu Jitsu athlete, I train calisthenics, and I practice yoga. When I'm not busy moving my body, I'm usually DJing, singing, or making beats!
