I help individuals beat Gymtimidation so that they can build their healthier stronger self. With over 8 years experience helping people of all ages, shapes and sizes, I believe the gym is your own personal time to have fun and get a healthier body away from the stresses of daily life. My programmes are adapted to fit each clients’ personality, work/family commitments and goals.

I’ve come into the fitness industry through sport so I like trying new things in the gym and making it fun!

Volleyball has been my main sport from a very young age; at the start of uni I came to Bournemouth to play for one of the top volleyball teams in the country and gained a scholarship in my final year.

This year I've come into the world of Hyrox, having completed my first race in October 2024 in Madrid.

Rita really helped me kick start my fitness journey. I've been going to the gym for years with little discipline and very little results. Rita taught me consistency, pushed me to my limits and showed me you can still have fun whilst moving your body!

As a beach volleyball athlete, it was important to me to have a suitable gym program to compliment my training on the sand. I asked Rita to help (knowing she was extremely knowledgeable with sports specific training), and I was not disappointed!!!

I trained with Rita for almost 2 years, and she gave me so much confidence in the gym, as well as improving my vertical jump and overall strength.

Rita is a lot of fun, competent, and professional, and I'd highly recommend her!!

Rita is an absolutely brilliant personal trainer. She is professional, organized, enthusiastic and so knowledgeable, always explaining why and what we are doing at each session. She really considers the needs of her individual clients. Over the past 6 months she has really motivated me to aspire to new goals which previously I would have considered unachievable. The sessions are hard work but also enjoyable. She will encourage and push you to the best of your ability. If you are looking to get the most and the best from a PT session I would highly recommend Rita.

Rita has been my PT for two years.

I am probably her oldest client being over 70 and feel the full benefit of her training at every session.

Rita knows exactly what her clients need to improve their physical strength but at the same time the boost in serotonin is tangible after the one hour.

Rita certainly knows her subject and explains the need for certain exercises, and keeps you safe by insisting on necessary pauses so you don't overstrain muscles. She is fun and easy to chat with, has immense patience and encouragement. I feel I can really improve my fitness with Rita even in my seventies!

If you want to cruise through PT sessions with minimal encouragement, low effort, no fun and look the same a year from now then Rita is absolutely NOT the PT for you.

My sessions with Rita are challenging, fun and make me feel so strong. I’ve grown in self confidence as well as strength this last year and I feel so much better in my body. I really look forward to my sessions. Rita knows exactly how hard to push me, makes the workouts diverse and has listened so attentively to my needs.
