I’ve tried working with other personal trainers before, but it never really clicked for me until I started training with Remi. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and knows exactly how to tailor the workouts to my goals, which has made a huge difference. Her motivational style is exactly what I needed!! She always pushes me just enough to keep going, even when I would have normally given up. I’ve made more progress with her than I expected, both physically but also in my mindset towards health and fitness. Highly recommend if you want someone who genuinely cares and knows how to get results!

I started training with Remi over 2 months ago now having previously struggled to feel motivated or get into any routine. I can honestly say she has transformed the way I see gym training and fitness in general. She has such a positive way of coaching and I have never felt more motivated. I feel so much more confident in the gym (and outside the gym!) thanks to Remi :) I was also dealing with an ankle issue from running and she gave me personalised exercises to build strength and now the pain has completely disappeared. I am so grateful for her ongoing support!
