Hi my name is Rebecca McCallion. I am a driven Personal Trainer and Gym Instructor, committed to achieving client’s health, fitness weight loss goals and sports specific goals. I offer suitable training programmes for individuals of all levels of fitness and in particularly someone who plays or focuses on a sport, in order to achieve customer expectations.
I am a hockey player so training people who have something big to focus on and high goals to achieve is right up my street.
I also help people with general fitness needs from just starting with weights or have been doing them but just need a hand.
Men and Women are both welcome for 1 to 1 sessions or small group sessions are also available.

I’ve recently joined the small group and 1:1 sessions, and I’m really enjoying it. Rebecca ensures that there is a good variety in each session and every week is different. She pushes me out of my comfort zone and also ensures we have a bit of craic along the way. Would highly recommend Rebecca to anyone looking to get back into the gym or wants to benefit from Rebecca’s wealth of experience.

After years of thoroughly enjoying my training which involved Marathon running, endurance events, iron man events and cycling I wanted to do more weight based training.
I was looking to develop my upper body strength and do more weights and Rebecca was mentioned to me by a mutual friend.
I started to go to Rebecca's strength and circuit class and soon realised she was highly motivated and wanted maximum results for the people in her classes.
I took the next step and booked a PT session with Rebecca. She asked me at the start what it was I wanted to achieve with weight based training and nearly 7 months on the results have been incredible.
Rebecca is tough she will give you 60 minutes of her undivided attention which makes for a great workout. She talks you through the exercise and is all about technique.
Rebecca is a highly motivated PT who will give 💯% of her experience to ensure that 60 minutes with her during a PT session will have you feeling both a great workout and money well spent.

I’ve participated in 121 and small group sessions with Rebecca, both have been great. Rebecca has time and patience to ensure your technique is right and know when to push you harder. But she also makes the sessions enjoyable and there’s always a bit of craic.

I have been going to Rebecca on a 1:1 basis for almost a year now, and it has been amazing for my overall fitness and energy levels! I feel a lot more confident in the gym, I am a lot stronger and this has formed the basis of a far more active & fitter lifestyle outside of the gym too. Sessions are good craic, varied, and I know Rebecca will always push to get the most out of me in a session! Highly recommend!

Thank you Rebecca for helping me get back into the gym. I highly recommend Rebecca for anyone who can’t bear the thought of doing gym work because of age or recovery from illness. Rebecca ensured I didn’t overdo gym work whilst pushing me as far as I could go. I am now attending gym 2-3times a week and can’t believe how my energy levels and strength have improved.

I started going to Rebecca about 3 months before going to the Himalayas to complete the Everest Base Camp trek. While I was doing a lot of hiking in preparation, I needed to get my cardio and leg strength built up. From the very first session, Rebecca tailored all of our sessions to our specific needs. She also anticipated a number of things I would need to be prepared for that I hadn't though of. I had an issue with one of my knees, which she checked in on during every session. Regardless of how you feel about going to the gym, Rebecca will make every session fun and I promise you will never notice the time go in. She is incredibly enthusiastic about what she does and is completely focused on the client in front of her at that moment. She is also super fun to talk too and takes a genuine interest in all of her clients. I could not recommend Rebecca more highly, she's absolutely fab!!!

Rebecca is an excellent personal trainer. She is extremely enthusiastic in her job and in turn that makes her motivate me to work out correctly and consistently. I started coming to Rebecca as I felt stuck in a rut & wanted a change after doing home work outs for over a year. Rebecca is so knowledgable, encouraging & ensures my form is correct during the workouts. I always leave our sessions feeling great & I now have the confidence to come to the gym & do more than just use the cardio machines. I have been going to Rebecca for small group training and I am loving every minute of it. Rebecca so lovely and helpful and keeps you in the correct form which is key for improvement.
