I’m Polly, a PT and Nutritional Advisor.
With all the contradictory advice online these days about what you should and shouldn’t do whilst training (and what you should and shouldn’t eat) it’s understandable that the world of fitness can seem incredibly daunting!
Fact: It shouldn’t be that way!
With my holistic approach to Personal Training, I aim to show that fitness isn’t as complicated as it’s often made out to be; the gym should not be an intimidating place, and working towards the best version of you and achieving your goals is one of the most rewarding feelings out there!
My absolute favourite feeling is knowing that my clients leave our sessions feeling more liberated, motivated, and dedicated to becoming the best version of themselves.

Just as with the other reviewers, I found Polly to be absolutely the best! She is a real pro... I am not young and she managed exactly the right amount of challenge and motivation to my personal training. I definitely felt much stronger and fitter as a result of my weekly session with her. We also had a great rapport and so it was easy to raise any concerns and keep it enjoyable. I only ended our sessions because I moved out of London. Thank you Polly!

Polly is the best PT! I started working out with her about 18 months ago and I can do things now that I never thought I could do - including pull ups (currently 4 and counting!) as someone who had zero upper body strength previously it's a huge achievement! She has a very friendly, warm & encouraging energy that puts you at ease, but knows exactly when and how to push you to achieve more. I really look forward to my sessions as I get so much out of them, and a lovely chat to top it off. Thank you Polly for giving me the confidence to lift heavy and get so much out of the gym!

I have recently started working out with Polly and it's been such a great decision. I was nervous before about using the gym equipment, and not only has my confidence grown but I am getting stronger and doing heavier weights. Polly is so fun, smart and knowledgeable. She's the best PT I could have hoped for, she has alternatives if my body isn't 'feeling it', and every session she pushes me just to that limit which means I get results faster. I now really enjoy going to the gym and get such a sense of accomplishment when I complete the workouts in my spare time between sessions. I couldn't recommend Polly more.

Just had a gym induction and PT session with Polly, who is super helpful and was mega competent. Her approach meant that i feel confident enough to try tackle the gym independently, especially as she emailed all the suggested exercises immediately after the session. Sometimes the gym can be overwhelming, especially if it's not your jam, Polly made it all feel doable and worthwhile. Can't wait to get fitter, thanks Polly

In just ten sessions, I've managed to lose an impressive 5kg without resorting to strict diet controls. Polly's professionalism and adaptability truly set her apart. She took my wrist injury into account, modifying exercises to avoid strain while still effectively working my muscles. Not only is Polly knowledgeable and skilled, but her sessions are also a joy to attend. Her kind, lovely, and funny personality makes the gym an enjoyable and fun place to be. Well, I was very nervous and self conscious about the idea of using the gym equipment. I decided to get some guidance from a PT.
I'm really glad I did this with Polly as she has been great. Over just 10 sessions, I have learned a great deal about how to use the equipment safely and I have some great routines to workout on . I am well on my way to be stronger and fitter. I've gained large amount of confidence.

I started with Polly over a month ago, and she has been amazing all the way through. Polly has allowed me to understand that exercising isn't a chore, it can be fun and really helps you stay motivated with everything in life. Polly was able to tailor exercises specifically to me, finding different ways to do some that seemed harder to do alone.
