Wow, I only had four sessions with Piotr, and he really helped me sort out my technique for lifting weights and tailored my program to suit my lifestyle. He can provide such a solid basis to work from and grow further. After studying all the YouTube gurus, it was great to have Piotr confirm what information I could keep and what information I could throw in the trash can.

I’ve been training with Piotr for over a year now and would definitely recommend working with him. Over this time, I’ve been able to do my first ever chin up, improve my squat form massively, grow my mobility and - most importantly - build up my confidence in the gym. As a woman walking into an environment like the weights section can feel very intimidating, and Piotr’s patience and motivation has helped a lot with that.

Would definitely recommend working with Piotr on your fitness journey. Everything he does is bespoke and tailored to your needs. I told him my goal was to feel strong and he put me on a clear plan - including doing my first ever chin up. 9 months later, I achieved it!
It’s not just strength that he’s helped with, he’s teaching me so much about rest and fuelling your body, too. The whole package.
Oh and not to mention, we actually have fun in our sessions too, and for me that’s super important to keeping motivated.

I have been training with Piotr for almost 2 years and I never felt so good. I feel much more confident with my body. He is so dedicated and really motivates you.
