Since leaving school I was introduced to gym life. I learnt alot about training techniques and different ways to train certain body parts, as I progressed I got more involved in my training which saw changes which encouraged me to start to compete as a bodybuilder. I became a member of the National Amateur Body Builders Association (NABBA) where I won class 3 South East and Novice Britain.

36 years on still in the gym and now ready to help others to reach their goals maybe fitness, muscle tone, speed or endurance.

All programs are tailored to your needs everyone has different weak spots to work on, it's your session I will lay the path but you will have to walk it.

I decided to invest in several sessions with Phil over the course of a few months.
Having been training for many years and approaching my 40th birthday I was concerned that I’d accumulated years of bad habits and was worried about training around existing injuries following years of abuse.
Phil took me back to the basics focussing on form and technique and realigned my training and thought process.
Phil communicates really well and clearly knows what he is talking about. His own training experience and success carried a lot of weight for me in deciding to invest in him.
I wish I’d invested years ago.

Phil is a fantastic strength coach! I've been training with Phil for about a month now and have loved all of our sessions! He took the time to really understand my goals and is able to tailor each session to meet my objectives. I leave each session feeling like I've had a great workout but also feeling like like I've learnt a lot. I'm going to be signing up for many more sessions and would highly recommend working with Phil if you're looking to work on any strength, conditioning or weightlifting training programs.

Phil has been helping me for several months with rehab, strength and nutrition coaching. He has been a game changer for how I view exercise and made it really enjoyable to challenge myself. He doesn't limit his sessions to what can be done at the gym, but also provides plenty of advice on home exercising and offers Gun-ex training which is a refreshing change to other classes.

He is always positive and makes sure you work hard, paying particular attention to any issues you have whether that's a particular focus area or as in my case old injuries and mobilisation issues.
