I help my clients become the ultimate version of themselves, so they can perform at their best in life.

I graduated from Bournemouth University in 2010, since then I’ve helped 100's of busy professionals transform their bodies, health and fitness.

My main sport is football and I played in professional youth teams, and at a semi-pro level as an adult. Previous clubs include Poole Town and Verwood Town.

I make coaching fun, focused and results driven! I want you to see and feel the positive benefits of training with me.

I offer in person, online and semi private personal training.

Pete has been my coach since February 2023 and as soon as I shared my goals, he prepared a great and realistic plan for me.
My main objective was strengthening my knees and through exercising, postural correction and advice, it's now very rare that i feel any pain and can even do squats with heavy weight!
During the sessions Pete pushes me and applauds my PBs which is very encouraging and makes me want to give my best!
I regularly take pictures of myself to see physical changes and in only four weeks most of the fat in my back dissapeared, my legs became much stronger, the size of my waist reduced and my arms got visibly toned.
Exercising with Pete puts me in a good mental position to face every day and helps me to create headspace and unload stress. He is a professional serious guy yet always has some time for banter which i do appreciate!
Pete has created a great doable workout routine that I'm very happy with and i keep on recommending him to my friends because I'm truly happy with the changes i see.

Highly recommended! Enjoyable professional and effective. Pete coached me through a 90 day transformation program, with specific goals of moving from 87kg to 83kg, exceeding personal bests in bench squats and lifts and increasing flexibility, all goals were met or exceeded. Basically I went from 36 inch waist to 32 and increased muscle mass/definition, very happy. The program utilised a weekly 1 to 1 session, tailored workouts for additional sessions to be performed each week and the use of a phone app that tracks progress and diet. I’ve purchased another program with new goals and will start in the coming months. I’ve always used the gym regularly, and was surprised what a difference being coached professionally made.

I started going to the gym in my late forties to improve my overall health and work on my body appearance. I was unfamiliar with going to the gym and I realised after a just a few months I hadn’t felt or seen much difference which was demotivating. Since signing up for coaching sessions with Pete I’ve really felt the difference in a short time. Pete has helped me with technique, optimising my gym time and focussing on my goals. I’ve lost weight, felt more energised and gained muscle. I’ve even started to enjoy going to the gym! Pete has really helped me over the last 6 months to get my health and fitness and back on track. I've lost my motivation and drive over the last few years and really wanted to regain some of fitness I had before. I felt Pete really understood my motivations and tailored a coaching program that fitted really well around my lifestyle. I didn't want to make dramatic changes in my life - just certain aspects like food habits, posture, some weight loss. Pete helped me with all of these and really improved my posture and helped with a few back issues. I lost weight and picked up really good routines and habits which I fell will stay with me following Pete's coaching.
