Py has always been very supportive and when it comes to fitness, knowledgeable and knows exactly how to maximise your time with him.

Py has been absolutely exceptional in helping me achieve my specific fitness goals, which require a unique diet, while also guiding me through the recovery of multiple injuries from past accidents. Thanks to his expertise and dedication, I’m now able to perform exercises I haven’t done since my teenage years—a result I never thought possible. His app is incredibly useful, but what truly sets him apart is his unwavering commitment and the fact that he’s always just a phone call away. I really enjoyed working with Py. He showed a genuine interest in my fitness goals and tailored my exercise and nutrition plan accordingly. He always kept me accountable for my nutrition by catching up regularly on it. If I ever needed assistance with anything he’d be available via phone and WhatsApp too. At the end of my 5 month program I had packed on a lot of muscle and there was a very visible difference in my physique. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a PT to work with Py!

Before I started with Py I had very little confidence in the gym, especially with lifting with weights. After my time with him I am much stronger and have a large repetoire in the gym. I have seen great results and continue to use his tips and advice. He taught me good form and he is a great motivator who is friendly and makes you feel comfortable. I wasn't sure about your experience and if you would work well with my specific disabilities. This was not a problem you worked well with my requirements and helped me to establish a good health and wellbeing structure whilst achieving my goals one of which was to compete in the recent Hyrox Manchester event. Before then I had achieved goals in terms of strength and conditioning. I've found the sessions supportive, friendly and good value for money

I'd never used a PT before but instantly built a good rapport with Py, who is easy to talk to and work with. He's superb at what he does and, as well as help me build muscle, get leaner and stronger, he taught me so much about how to get more out of the gym – lessons for life! From never dead lifting before to doing 100kg dead lifts in three months, and doubling my bench press PB as well. Py is a great coach and a top guy as well. Would definitely recommend.

I had many hesitations for example am I going to make it and lose my birth belly I was not sure at all and I had no motivation or energy to get my body into a shape again than I’ve decided to look for a PT. I find Payam I’ve read his resume and I was sure that’s what I need than we started the journey and Payam was exactly what I expected very hardworking man, respectful, very understanding person, I’ve set my goals and he done whatever is possible to help me reach them .
And yeah only about 8 weeks and I’ve seen the amazing results and now I feel way more confident about my body .
I would definitely recommend him to anyone who want to see the difference in a few weeks not even a months that’s how much is good he is at what his doing .
