Paul Mills is a fully qualified Level 4 Personal Trainer and certified Nutrition Coach with a REPs accredited Strength & Conditioning diploma. An experienced trainer with over 30 years experience, Paul is also a former English, British, European and World Champion in Combat Sport.

As well as training recreational gym members, Paul works with an array of actors, models, dancers, singers, stunt artists, influencers and professional athletes in the London borough of Greenwich at the Charlton Lido, Woolwich Waterfront, Thamesmead and Plumstead Centres as well as at his private home studio in Kent.

I’ve been training with Paul for a couple of years and, at 45, I’m the fittest I’ve been in a long time and the strongest I’ve ever been. Not only has my body changed loads, but I feel great and I’m so much more confident. I had no idea what I was doing at the gym, but he’s really knowledgeable and fun to train with. I really enjoy sessions with Paul. The 50 mins flies by and is often the highlight of my day. I’d highly recommend booking sessions.

I was able to work at my own pace but was encouraged to push myself, without the pressure of going too hard or strain myself. Really felt like my best interests and safety were the number one concern. Have booked a block of 10 sessions and couldn’t recommend highly enough.

End of November I had an accident with a result of both shoulders to be dislocated. After a period of intensive physiotherapy I continued my recovery with coach Paul. Paul is the first PT I've ever worked with, and from the very beginning I knew it was a great match. I was looking for someone to show me how to use weights properly, and he immediately made me feel comfortable but also wanting to challenge myself. I'm definitely at the lower end of the fitness spectrum, but Paul has never made me feel bad about where I'm at, encouraging me to set realistic goals and giving great feedback.
