Every session is tailored to what you need that day, which to be fair, Nora often knows better than I do! She has an endless variety of ways to challenge your body so exercise is never repetitive or boring. She is full of tips and recommendations for how to exercise between sessions. She has also signposted me to other sources of support for my particular issues. I always thought that gym training was not for me - how wrong I was. I first contacted Nora at the beginning of 2024. I have been reading a lot recently about how strength training is the key to getting fitter and staying healthier longer, especially as we get older.
My fitness goals were to go into my 60’s feeling fitter, stronger and healthier.
I have never done strength training before, or worked with a Personal Trainer, so I had no idea what to expect! When I first met Nora, I was immediately impressed by her energy and enthusiasm. She is just so positive, and over the weeks she has pushed me outside my comfort zone, in ways that I could never have expected! She has taught me so much, and encouraged me to do exercises I never thought I was capable of doing. She is also so much fun.
I am now just over 3 months into my training, and I am already feeling fitter, stronger and healthier. I am also amazed at how quickly working out has affected me mentally! I feel so much happier, balanced and alive.

I've been recovering from ankle surgery and related issues and Nora has really helped my recovery and building up my strength... physical and mental. She understands what I'm capable of and pushes me to do things I wouldn't have thought I could do. She's always positive, encouraging and her support in the last six months has been simply amazing.
She's so knowledgeable and always takes time with questions I have and explaining exercises and what they do to help different parts of the body. No workout session is ever the same and she's made going to the gym thoroughly enjoyable.

Nora is a great Pilates instructor. I done Pilates before never enjoyed it thats before i did it with Nora. she adepts exercises for each level. Her lessons are varied and fun and it is a joy to be in her class.

Nora is been training me for nearly 3months and I would highly recommend her for the way she have changed me and she is very supportive also a good motivator who you really need next to you when you are trying to do things that you have never tried and succeed she is also very friendly and flexible She also know when and how to push you to get a great result honestly a great trainer

Nora has been my personal trainer for several months. I have weekly or bi-weekly sessions with her. Nora is an amazing personal trainer. She developed training programme for me that meets my personal health and wellbeing needs. She pushes me to meet my health goals and I am so grateful for that. I do Pilates with Nora. I can honestly say she is the best trainer I have ever had. She is only extremely Knowledgeable on the subject and her classes are always good fun. The time flies by and before you know it the class is over. Each week the exercises are different so we are Working different muscle groups. She very attentive in a supportive way to ensure that everyone gets the maximum results from the class but also enjoy it!!!

Nora's Pilates class helps me get back in shape. She challenges and pushes all abilities, encourages and makes me laugh. I'm not too fond of sports - I treat them like brushing one's teeth, something that must be done for one's health - but Nora makes it an enjoyable experience.

Somehow, Nora is able to make Pilates look effortless, whilst coaxing us to push ourselves that little bit further. Her classes are varied, with all abilities catered for, showing us different ways to do the exercises to different levels. Nora has been absolutely fantastic since the first moment of our first session. She knows (and continues to learn) what I am capable of, which allows her to push me towards my goals in the most encouraging and supportive ways possible, while still maintaining an energy of fun and enthusiasm throughout every session which is incredibly infectious. I find myself genuinely looking forward to every session we have booked in, wondering which machines or ‘cheeky’ exercises we will try next.

Nora has been a fabulous personal trainer over the last few months. I am an older lady with a hip injury and only after a few weeks of doing the right exercises the pain began to subside. I am now pain free.
Nora applies the right exercises to suit your ability and strength, she is very caring and always makes me laugh. I would definitely recommend Nora.

I’m over 65 and had no confidence to join a class. I have osteo arthritis with two hip replacements. Initially my goal was to be able to get up from the floor unaided. I’d had several falls and lost confidence. Unbelievably with Nora I achieved this goal in three weeks but I have become hooked on improving my stability, flexibility, balance, strength and fitness. Alongside the training sessions I have also lost 3..5 stone! I am moving better now and have more flexibility than I had twenty years ago. Nora is none judgemental. Every session is different with new activities, exercises and challenges! I certainly recommend Nora whatever your fitness goals are. Nora has the experience and expertise to tailor a program to suit individual needs. She has been instrumental in my fitness journey that will enable me to do so much more in my life!
