With over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry and a background in professional sports, Nate has a Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training, a B-Tech Diploma in Sports Science and is currently studying for his Level 4 Diploma in Personal Training . Nate has a consistent track record of supporting clients with their fitness journey offering motivation, accountability and a wealth of knowledge and know-how.

I trained with Nate for 7 months and due to a situation beyond my control we have had to pause our training together, but hopefully will start back up together sooner.

When I first met Nate my confidence was at an all time low, due to health issues I was the biggest I’ve ever been.

Nate helped me to rebuild that confidence in and out of the gym.

Together we rebuilt healthy habits. Nate pushed me every week to be the best version of myself. I started getting stronger in my training, and my motivation was at an all time high.

I highly recommend training with Nate, he listened to what my needs were and made personalised plans that suited my preferred training methods. We made great progress and can’t wait to work with him again.

I have been with Nate over a year this time as I was with him also a few years previous taking a break only because I relocate to another city for a while. The reason I came back to him is because he is the best I've worked with. I lost 50 lbs in 4 months the first time round but this time Nate is making me slowly work training into my lifestyle and has been a great help as I've changed my diet and eating habits. His knowledge is second to none and the sessions are tailored individually with Nate setting me short and long term goals.

I have been training with Nate for about 9 months now and I can honestly say Nate has ignited a passion for the gym.
I had my gym membership for a while before I started training with Nate and hardly went. Nate’s positive attitude and friendly personality made me want to come and train.
Nate is very knowledgeable about nutrition and weight management, he has shown me how to eat in order to lose weight but not be hungry all the time.
I really enjoy every session as Nate teaches how to use the machine and gives you the skills to train independently as well.

If you’re looking for a PT who truly understands that every person is unique, then look no further than Nate. His sessions are tailor made to your individual fitness goals and they are tough but varied and always fun ! He has great sense of humour and is a great motivator. He’s been especially attentive and supportive since I injured my shoulder and we just work around it so that my fitness journey can continue. I look forward to every session and leave feeling upbeat and positive. The gym can be a bit of an overwhelming place and he’s helped increase my confidence in using the gym generally, as well as providing guidance on using all the different equipment. He’s very focussed on technique, which is critical in my opinion. I’d highly recommend Nate - he’s a lovely guy and a fabulous PT - always a pleasure to work out with him and I value his opinions and guidance.

Ever since starting training with Nate I haven't just seen massive improvement physically I've noticed them mentally also, after a session with him you leave feeling so good about yourself and energised ready to go about your day in a positive way. I have been working out with Nate for 2 years, initially doing weekend bootcampd and then PT sessions.

The sessions are fun, challenging and well thought out. Nate is really encouraging and approachable but will manage to push you far beyond what you thought you were capable of.

He recognises life can be busy and is pragmatic about adjusting workouts/intensity to reflect this. I always feel both physically and mentally uplifted after each session (even on the days I didn't think I could be bothered!)
