Hi, I’m Tasha!
I’m a fully qualified Personal Trainer based in St Austell, Cornwall.
Having been on my own fitness journey, starting from only knowing the basics, my aim is to show people that a healthy lifestyle isn’t always as complicated and intimidating as it can be made out to be. With this approach, I am dedicated to helping you achieve your health and fitness goals.

I’ve been going to a gym for a while and became stagnant, after speaking to Tasha she came up with a varied and interesting program suited to my needs. In Tasha sessions she have improved my technique and form. She is informative, supportive and communicates very well.

I have been working with Tasha for about 5 months now and I honestly don't know think I would've stuck at the gym without her guidance, encouragement and expertise. I have a joint condition which can cause sporadic injury and effect different joints all the time. Tasha is always very conscience to work within my limitations, make adjustments on the spot depending on my fluctuating ability and provide additional stretches and advice if I have an injury or vulnerable joint. Tasha has recently gone above and beyond to support me accessing additional help. My work with Tasha has helped me delay knee surgery and has significantly decreased my chronic pain and injury. I actually look forward to my sessions. Could not recommend more highly.
