I contacted Naomi because my fitness had stalled; I wanted to be stronger and fitter to improve my daily physical activities.
Naomi took me through some exercises during our consultation and I instantly felt an improvement. She was patient and empathetic, challenging me appropriately while maintaining proper form.
In addition, Naomi is very friendly and professional.
So far we have had five sessions, all of which have been fun, challenging and educational.
