Hey, my name is Zak, I'm a Personal Trainer based at East Manchester Leisure Centre.
I've been training for 4-5 years & in December 2024 I passed my Level 3 Personal Training exam.
The things I will be focusing on for people who want to triain with me are people who are looking to lose weight, build muscle definition, nutritional planning & progressing and to improve overall well-being. Whether your new to the gym or experienced I'm here to lend a helping hand with whatever that maybe.
