Hi I'm Molly, an experienced personal trainer, functional fitness coach and CrossFit athlete. I have 3 years coaching experience as well as 7 years competitive background in CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting.

But, this wasn't always my story. Previous to my sporting history, I was an overweight party girl that loved drinking, smoking and eating unhealthy. But, I had low self-esteem and poor body image. I was stuck in a cycle of self destruction until one day I decided enough was enough. With the help of a personal trainer, I started my health and fitness journey.

Fast forward 7 years & I am now in a position to help YOU break the destructive cycles and find self love, by finding a passion in sport and fitness, learning to find the fun in training and fueling your body correctly with nutritious, yet exciting foods.

I have the tool box & can provide you with the tools, I just need you to be willing to do the work.

Molly is an absolute legend! After years of lopsidedness due to a shoulder injury, Molly crated a bespoke training plan for me so I could even put my weakness in my left shoulder and understood my needs and ability. After following the plan, the results are mad! My left shoulder now matches my right and I feel more confident and stronger than ever and can lift more, do pull-ups and even my mobility has increased.
I'd highly recommend Molly as she is kind and helpful and an absolute genius in her field!

I first met Molly about 2 years ago now. I knew she was the PT for me straight off the bat! I told Molly I had followed her on instagram for a while and she inspired me to be better, healthier, stronger! (and I wanted to look like her in a bikini!)
But, I was particularly interested in weightlifting so we began our journey together. 2 years later I’ve competed in 3 weightlifting competitions, my most recent coming first in my group! Molly gave me the tools and I did the work!! Molly has changed my life for the better and is the heart and soul of my whole journey. I can’t thank her enough! Molly is incredible at what she does- she was born to help people better themselves. I don’t know anyone better for the job!
