Mo is a fantastic trainer! He is so understanding and proactive about my goals - he's a fantastic listener and offers a real personal approach to helping you achieve exactly what you want. I explained I had a few injuries and also that I wouldn't feel the most comfortable in the gym. He went out of his way to explain each exercise at length and give me alternatives to work around my injury. He keeps the sessions exciting and thorough. I couldn't recommend him highly enough!

Mo is brilliant! Really listens to your needs and tailor makes routines that cater to you. He’s very patient and thoughtful, and has a range of exercises that I’ve not encountered before. Getting some boxing training in doesn’t hurt either. Highly recommended!

Had 30mins boxing session as a taste with Mohammed. Very much enjoyed the instruction of the class and the way he communicates. It's good to be taught by an actual boxer, someone who will teach and correct your technique and will cater to the goal or goals you want to achieve. Granted it is a bit X'ey, but it's an investment in yourself so once in a while drop the cash and treat yourself, it is and will be worth it!!

I would highly recommend Mohamed as a personal trainer! He pushed me the entire session to go where I usually wouldn't go by myself and I gained insightful knowledge about explosive movements, flexibility, endurance and strength, which are important to achieve my personal goals.
