Coming from an extensive background in dance, holistic styles of fitness, strength and conditioning training; movement and mobility are my language. My passion for fitness is reflected in the plethora of skills I’ve obtained over the span of my life and my L3 PT qualification.

Millie is an excellent trainer. She is engaged, listens and drives me to improve my performance. When I started with Millie I had little confidence having not seriously exercised for a few years. She has helped me to regain my passion for exercise and in particular has helped improve my lower back pain, core strength and overall fitness
