As a former national standard swimmer and squad coach turned fitness professional, I specialise in athletic development, biomechanics, and injury prevention. With a deep understanding of biomechanics, anatomy and a Golf Fitness qualification, I tailor training programs to improve strength (muscle mass), mobility, and performance, whether you're an athlete or just looking to get fitter and healthier.

As complete beginners, we had never experienced professional gym training before, but Michael made everything clear and approachable. Great sessions with Michael - he has created a personalised plan to align with my health concerns.
Prior to personal training with Michael, my shoulder had been playing up and I had 3 tears. However, through weekly training sessions, I've now seen a noticeable difference and have avoided having to have a steroid injection or possible operation to help with the pain. An incredible supportive trainer and thoroughly enjoy our weekly sessions.
