I realised I wanted to be a personal trainer from my own experiences in the gym and how it can help and change you physically, mentally as well as emotionally. As a newly qualified personal trainer, I want to bring a fresh energy and up to date approach to fitness. Having recently completed my course and training, I am up to date with all the new techniques as well as the knowledge to create personalised plans that are effective as well as enjoyable. I believe I'm a very sociable person and I like to get to know my clients to establish good friendships as well as being professional and getting the job done to a high standard.
