Matt has a great knowledge of training and nutrition while also being able to apply this to specific sports to support you to take your performance to the next level. He always pushes you during sessions and checks in with your progress. Would recommend to anyone wanting to make some positive changes!

I used matt to get back on track in the gum and with my diet ,after just 4 weeks I've had great results ! Very knowledgeable and a great addition for anybody wanting to get in shape be that a beginner level or advanced.i will definitely be using his services going forward.

Had Matt as a personal trainer/diet and nutritionist for the past nine week and dropped 7kg so far, he pushes me during training sessions and is in contact regular checking on how you feel/how your finding your diet plan and if things need to be slightly changed on training/resting days
