I am very passionate about helping people improve their health and their physical and mental state though exercise. I provide support and guidance in physical fitness helping my clients achieve their goals. My expertise helps my clients add muscle mass, achieve strength gains and lose weight. I have helped many of my clients achieve their specific goals from all walks of life, including medical professionals, business professionals, educators, athletes and retirees. If you don’t have specific goals and want to develop a healthier lifestyle through changes and new fitness habits, I can support you on that journey.

My core values are based on specifically targeting what you want to achieve and I will go above and beyond for you as the client to help you achieve those goals. With the right program, exercise guidance, and hard work you will achieve the goals you want to achieve. If you choose to work with me, I can help you improve physically, mentally and help you grow in self-confidence through physical exercise.

I offer 1-1 personal training sessions though a number of packages tailored and designed to meet your needs. I am a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and have a BSc in Exercise and Fitness Management with a Master’s degree in Strength and Conditioning.

Training with Marcus is transformative. First he'll get your strength and fitness improving fast, and in my case help rehabilitate my knee following surgery. Then afterwards he had me beating personal bests week after week. He's incredibly knowledgeable about strength and conditioning, nutrition, and all things sports related. Highly recommend.

On the run down into my autumn years, I’ve been convinced of the need to increase my strength and reduce body fat. Age related muscle depletion (sarcopenia) is a slow killer that ultimately puts its victims into care homes. Despite his tender years Marcus gets this, indeed he has a Masters degree in it!
In my few months with Marcus I already feel fitter and more physically confident. Marcus is extremely professional, courteous, flexible and sensitive to my needs. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

I’ve trained with a few PT’s over the years and Marcus has really impressed me with his knowledge, professionalism, and his ability to tailor his approach to work towards your specific goals. As a Doctor functional fitness and training safely are both important to me. Although Marcus encourages me to progress and push myself he also takes time to correct my form and ensure I am not exposing myself to injury by overloading. Would highly recommend Marcus if you want some guidance and support in working towards your fitness goals.

Marcus is a great PT and tailored a program specific to my goals. He is very detailed in his explanations for the exercises and why we performed them. I used to be self conscious at the gym but now feel very confident in what I am doing.
