I am a mobility & strength coach with a specialisation in Nutritional Therapy and I will help you optimise your overall health and well-being with the appropriate training and nutritional approach that fits your goals and current lifestyle.

I have worked with clients across all ages and levels of fitness, I have a passion for helping people improve their mood, energy levels and move better, free of pain, through implementing positive changes to their habits, diet and exercise.

When I first started with Manuela, I couldn't even do one press up. I've seen a huge improvement and not just my upper strength. Manuela also sends many recipes for me to try. Even though she's making me work hard, I always feel encouraged, relaxed, and safe when I'm with her and with the training programme set for me to do by myself.

I came to Manuela with lower back pain, severe sciatica, weakness throughout my body, fatigue and feeling heavier than I'd ever been. After just 4 weeks of working with her, I can already feel a huge difference in my energy, strength and motivation. She completely understood my needs and designed exercises I could do unaided at the gym, and at home, as well as providing a nutrition plan to help promote strength and energy. Having mani as a coach in the gym is the ultimate are coach -not only does her technical knowledge & attention to detail give results, Mani has such a personal approach to coaching which gives understanding as to why I am doing certain movements and exercises but also feel at ease asking questions (and having a giggle too!) making training enjoyable whilst also understanding the specific methodology to get desired results.

Very positive, Manuela is a very knowledgeable trainer with a deep understanding of nutrition and is qualified in both areas - which is actually quite rare. She is enthusiastic, good fun and this helps drive classes to ensure everyone pushes hard - while at the same time enjoys it.
