Hi, my name is Manuel Stefani and I’m a qualified personal trainer with a serious passion for fitness and for making a difference to client’s health and well-being. My journey into personal training began 6 years ago when I embarked on my own fitness quest. Dedicated to helping individuals with varying abilities to achieve their fitness goals in a supporting environment through bespoke nutrition and workout plans.

I recently starting training with Manuel and I am already noticing the difference in my body and mindset. My goal, currently, is to lose weight and Manuel has taken the time to understand my individual needs and tailor my workouts and nutrition plan in order to achieve this.
