About
My passion for fitness comes from playing football for many years at Bristol Rovers, after the disappointment of not going all the way, I studied at SGS where I worked with many sports conditioning/rehabilitation coaches. This is where I found the enthusiasm for supporting others in their health and fitness goals.

With over 15 years of sports experience and 5 years of lifting experience, I truly understand the importance of exercise and nutrition in maintaining general wellbeing physically but also mentally, pushing towards goals and making everyday life easier.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or a regular experienced gym user just needing a little support, I can help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

I unfortunately couldn’t actually commence the sessions Louis had prepared for me as personal issues arose. Nonetheless, despite this he tried to make the sessions easier and quicker, regularly checked in on me to see if I was doing okay and was never once judgemental about the lack of engagement on my end. I may not have been his best client but he will always be the best personal trainer I’ve had. Thank you Louis for your kindness and warmth during a time like this, you’re an amazing fitness trainer.

I was on the fence for a while about whether to give the Hyrox a go, so once I was selected in the raffle, I thought why not give it a go! I went into the Hyrox plan not being very fit and not being able to maintain a good pace while running whether it be a 5k or when playing football. Since completely the Hyrox plan with Louis I am now running a good 5k time for myself and feeling fitter than I have in a very long time! Louis is a very knowledgeable lad and communicates with clients very well! I would highly recommend him and would recommend the Hyrox plan to anyone who is looking to improve their fitness!

Louis has been brilliant. I need some advice and support on building the strength of my knee. I have a torn meniscus which had prevented me from running. After a gradual programme of strength and impact training I am back running. I would highly recommend Louis. He is great at explaining, very patient and made the sessions varied.

I had been advised by a chiropractor that I needed to do some strength training to help my knee and back pain. I had wanted to join a gym for years but felt too anxious about it, which is why I got in touch with Louis. Louis has been amazing, he has listened and was completely non-judgmental. As I started to enjoy the gym and my training programme, after a few sessions I was shocked I went in on my own.
Louis is really motivating, full of knowledge and checks in regularly. He’s taught me about nutrition, muscle groups and explains everything, which has really helped build my confidence.
I enjoy tracking everything on the app and looking back seeing how far I’ve come. I have no knee or back pain anymore, and the gym has a positive effect on my mental health too.
I look forward to and enjoy my weekly session with Louis. I have a lot to thank him for and highly recommend him

Louis asked me if I fancied Hyrox, nope was my answer because my ankles and knees don't like the running. He wouldn't take no for an answer so he developed a hybrid hyrox plan and It. Was. Epic. Really challenging, great fun and it was incredible to see my fitness improve over the eight sessions, with excellent encouragement and motivation from Louis. At the end of the 8 sessions, we redid the 1st session and I absolutely smashed the previous time. Also, over the month, my weight has dropped (intentionally after plateauing for a month) and my body shape changed for the better!
100% recommend Hyrox and 100% recommended Louis as a PT - knowledgeable, encouraging, knows how to challenge and keep motivation - he's a good guy too 👍💪

Fitness is one of the main factors of riding motocross and something i’ve always pushed aside so i spoke to Louis and he set out a great hyrox plan, it put into perspective how much more i can push myself when sticking to a good plan and being pushed on. It’s helped me see crazy results in my racing and also physically. Now feel like i’m able to ride at 100% effort right to the end of a 20 minute race without feeling fatigued, something i’ve always struggled with, and all round feel a lot fitter. Louis has given me a better understanding of the exercises i need to do and levels i need to be training at to keep improving and im looking forward to keep on pushing and seeing good results.

I initially went to Louis as i have been going to the gym but seeing little progress in the last couple of years due to inconsistency in training and diet. Louis has helped me drop 8.5kg in 12 weeks and given me good nutritional and weight training knowledge to continue to with. Louis sessions are very informative and i have not been restricted in my lifestyle in the slightest with the small changes I have had to make. I would definitely recommend Louis.

Met Louis for my first personal training session and was so please I took the plunge. I have been struggling for with my fitness and have wanted to loose weight as well. I now feel confident in the gym . I am so happy now feel like I’m going to reach the goal I want. Can’t thank Louis enough.
