Ever since I qualified as a Personal Trainer, I've been totally committed to helping people overcome their fear of the gym and gain confidence both in and out of the gym .
It's so common that people struggle with confidence in the gym as they don’t know where to start, if they are doing an exercise correctly...or even if that's the right thing for them at all!
And I want to help.
My Goal Aim Is:
-I want to help you to get started in the gym with a structured plan so that you can go on to feel confident and knowledgeable about what you are doing and how to progress.
-I want to educate you about how to train effectively for your goals.
-And show you how to train with confidence and correct technique to avoid any unwanted injuries or inhibition.
So, I invite you for a free 90-minute Personal Training session.
Don’t worry, we won’t be working out for the whole time!
We will also spend time discussing your goals and making a plan for you to move forward with!

Lisa is a supportive, empathetic and encouraging personal trainer. She understands the balance between challenging someone but not pushing them beyond their capabilities. She takes the time to listen to your goals, worries and health conditions and carefully plans training around that. She’s super friendly, really fun train with and I’d very highly recommend her!
