Hello I'm Lisa,
Ever since qualifying as a personal trainer in 2014 I've been committed to helping people build sustainable healthy habits and improve their relationships with food and exercise. To help them create a lifestyle that allows them to be healthier, fitter and stronger without sacrificing their social or family life.
You’ll find 3 things I believe in below. If you resonate with them, I think we'll get along!
1. That it's not about all or nothing, but about small changes that can be maintained long term.
2. Exercise because it makes you feel good, not as a punishment.
3. The best body is the one that will keep you mobile and healthy long into your 70’s,80’s and 90’s.
A quickie on who I am so you know how I can be most helpful to you. My background is different to many other personal trainers as I was not a sporty child, in fact even now if you throw a ball at me there is a good chance I won't catch it!
Although I’ve now found a sport, I love doing in Aerial hoop (but that’s a story for another day).
I've spent the last 10 years trying to make the fitness industry a more welcoming place and helped 100s of people get over their fear of the gym and build healthy habits that have allowed them to feel better and in turn become better mums, daughters, and friends all whilst not missing out on family or social life.

Lisa is a supportive, empathetic and encouraging personal trainer. She understands the balance between challenging someone but not pushing them beyond their capabilities. She takes the time to listen to your goals, worries and health conditions and carefully plans training around that. She’s super friendly, really fun train with and I’d very highly recommend her!
