Sports and fitness have been my passion since the day I could walk, and I am an athlete that has a love for multiple sports. My first love of sport came from basketball, and I later started to explore boxing and athletics as well.

I decided to become a personal trainer for multiple reasons. The biggest one being that I want to be a part of your fitness journey. To help navigate the difficult and sometimes confusing process of bettering yourself through health and fitness by giving you the knowledge to succeed without me in and out of the gym.

My goal is to build a community of people that can support each other, as life is difficult enough when you have to go through it alone. I have also discovered that a lot of people don’t understand how strong they truly are and what they are capable of accomplishing, so I want to give you the right guidance and mindset to achieve your goals.

I started being trained by Blessing in August 2023 after a ruptured ACL as I didn't want to put on a lot of weight whilst waiting for my reconstruction surgery. Naturally my injury meant that I was severely limited in what I could and could not do, but Blessing took this all-in stride and built a program of lifts and movements that I could do to still build muscle and get lean that would not put my injured leg at risk. Fast forward a year and I am now in the best shape of my life!

During the PT sessions Blessing pushes me to my limits but also adapts on the fly to make sure we get the maximum from each session and he continually tweaks and changes the program to ensure it is always challenging. He also makes sure that I complete my lifts each week to hold me accountable to the goals I want to achieve.

All in all, it has been a great journey that has boosted my confidence and made me much happier and more comfortable in my own skin due to the amazing results we've achieved and I couldn't recommend him more highly!
