I'm a certified personal trainer with a passion for helping individuals unlock their full potential and achieve their fitness goals. I specialise in creating personalised training programs that not only enhance physical strength and endurance but also promote mental resilience and overall wellbeing.
I believe that fitness is not a "one size fits all" approach. Each person is unique, with different backgrounds, strengths, and challenges. I'm just finishing my second block of 12 sessions with Keiran, and would definitely recommend him to anyone thinking about trying a personal trainer. He listens to my aims and goal and tailors everything accordingly. He has taken great care to work round my old shoulder injury and hypermobility issues, putting loads of thought into how to adapt and adjust exercises to my needs. He listens to what I say and takes it on board, e.g. we worked out together that doing certain exercises barefoot helps massively with my weak ankle and calf muscles on one side, and therefore means I don't get referred hip pain any more.
He's great at pushing me on days when I can do it, ensuring I've made real progress. But he will adjust expectations and weights on days when my shoulder flares up. As a result I've seen a massive improvement in my shoulder, reduced pain and clicking and massively improved strength, function and range of movement.
Overall I feel stronger and fitted and better about myself, and have the confidence to continue weight training myself going forward.
Keiran is friendly, chilled, flexible, approachable and great to work with, challenging and pushing you the right amount without being too harsh (mostly!). Just make sure you always do an even number of reps if you don't want to upset him 😂
