'Hello, I'm Kersha a little bit about me, I got into my own fitness journey in lockdown and haven't looked back since! Due to a big shift in my life, I had zero confidence in myself and didn't want to leave the house (Not that we could much). During lockdown, I did workouts from home to help improve my knowledge and not feel as intimidated when I entered the gym. When restrictions were lifted, I wanted to get out and explore a gym and see what it had to offer me. I have a few goals as a personal trainer and my very top goal is to make everyone who comes to the gym feel confident and comfortable to enter the environment. If you have any questions come and ask! I can’t praise Kersha as a PT enough. She had helped me gain strength and confidence enough to go through my own gym routine when not having my PT sessions. She is so knowledgeable and I’ve seen a massive improvement in my stamina, mobility and general overall wellbeing as well as weight loss. She is also very personable and. easy to talk to. I never thought I would like the weights but now I love them. I cannot recommend Kersha enough and enjoy our time in the gym enormously xx

I love my sessions with Kersha and I never thought I would say that about exercise. Down to her guidance I am now a regular attendee in the free weights and barbell sections of the gym which I have previously found to be quite a scary and intimidating place. I initially decided to invest in a course of PT sessions to try and reignite my enthusiasm for the exercise and improve my overall fitness, and I certainly feel as if I have achieved this. I would regularly complain about the pain and weakness in my knees and see it as a barrier to most exercises but i have recently completed the Heaton park 10k in quite a good time, which I never thought I would be able to do. Thanks to Kershas support and encouragement, week on week I have managed to improve my strength, fitness and overall appearance whilst feeling confident and injury free. For any one thinking about PT I would definitely say give it a go and I would strongly recommend Kersha. The sessions are thought-out, varied and challenging to the individual. Thanks Kersha xx

She is really friendly and reliable. She pushed me out of my comfort zone and onto using heavier weights than I ever thought I could.
She gave me some accountability to turn up on the days I couldn't be bothered and every session went by quickly with lots of variation to keep it interesting.

I have been training in a gym for several years now and could never get the results I've wanted. Well that all changed, after only a few of months worth of sessions with Kersha. I was shocked at how much my overall health and body image improved, even in just the first few months. Nothing but praise and thanks to Kersha! Her knowledge, support and tailored plan were exactly what I needed. I am no longer trying to out train a bad diet and have a solid training program that is tailored and challenges me.
Don't expect and easy ride though she will make you work hard for it! But its worth it in the long run.
I'm now down from 80kg to 71kg and still have a way to go.
Will defiantly be booking more sessions to get ready for the summer.

Kersha, she is a 5⭐ PT. She's very easy to talk to about what you want with in your sessions and she also comes with a plethora of knowledge to back it up.
She has helped me in the gym toward my weight loss and muscle growth goles, Showing me new exercise and techniques I would never had tried my self. i really like how she personaliyses the work outs based around what I what and need, wich in turn makes it different for everyone meaning its not just a basic plane workout. She pushes you that little bit futher to get the best out of you in your session and for me that's a crusal reason for why I paid her to train me. 👍👍👍
