I’m Katie, a dedicated personal trainer who takes a holistic approach to fitness and overall well-being. My mission is to help you get fitter and healthier by building sustainable habits and setting realistic goals we can work towards together. I believe in empowering you to achieve lasting success—no quick fixes or short-term transformations here!

My fitness journey began with aerial arts, and over time, I’ve focused on building strength, mobility, and flexibility to support my practice. This diverse experience enables me to create personalised workouts that not only deliver results but also help you move safely, efficiently, and with confidence.

Whether you're just starting out or already have gym experience, I’ll support you every step of the way. Together, we’ll combine effective training with guidance on nutrition, recovery, and mental wellness, creating a balanced approach that works for your life. Fitness should be enjoyable, and my goal is to make it just that—helping you become stronger, fitter, and more confident while prioritising your overall well-being.
