Hi, I’m Katie, your high-energy, enthusiastic, and dedicated Personal Trainer. With over five years of experience in the fitness industry, I’m passionate about guiding individuals toward their fitness goals with a focus on balance and variety.

My fitness journey began in the West Midlands, where I excelled in gymnastics as a member of England’s Artistic Gymnastics National Team. Competing against Ireland, Scotland, and Wales, I developed a deep understanding of discipline and athleticism. However, my path has been diverse—I also pursued a love for Musical Theatre, culminating in a First Class Honours Degree in 2019.

After university, I rediscovered my passion for fitness, this time with a refreshed approach. I realised that what many view as weaknesses—balance and variety—are actually powerful strengths. I believe that achieving your fitness goals isn’t just about intense workouts but about finding harmony and diversity in your routine.

As your personal trainer, my mission is to empower you to embrace these principles and take control of your fitness journey. Together, we’ll create a tailored plan that aligns with your unique needs and aspirations, helping you build strength, confidence, and a sustainable path to success.
