Our body is our one and only home, the space that we occupy throughout our lives and we have the power to make it the best place to live - physically, mentally and spiritually.

I work holistically- because it's NEVER just one thing. Improving your health and fitness means making changes to your lifestyle choices, it's not a quick fix and consistency is the key to get you where you want to go.

We had a great session and she really pushed me, which is exactly what I needed.
She explained everything and the reasons why.
She adapted where necessary.

Karen is kind and sensitive but also very positive always pushing me gently to achieve. I’ve been working with Karen for over a year now, to aid with my overall fitness as I start my 50s. Karen has worked hard on building programs to improve my overall cardio fitness and my strength, and I have definitely seen positive results. Training with Karen is fun, she doesn’t let me off lightly and downright ignores me at times when I say I can’t do something, but she’s been great at giving me advice on how to deal with the inevitable aches and pains we get when we are a bit older and carrying too much weight! I enjoy my sessions with Karen (something I don’t think I ever expected to say!) and look forward to them, I definitely feel the effects afterwards to! I wholeheartedly recommend Karen, especially if you are looking to improve fitness a little later in life.

I joined the gym late 2024 after losing a fair bit of weight but I still had lose and I was very unfit. Karen was very support on my induction so was the only one I wanted when I decided on a course of PT sessions.

I was recommended to Karen by a friend who had lost her gym mojo and I instantly knew I need to try a few sessions as my friend described Karen as very knowledgeable and given good advice for woman of our age (40-50)
I initially signed up for 8 weeks and then 12 more as I knew I have so much more to learn
Each week I learn something new and each week I feel more confident in what I do , I hadnt been to the gym since 2020 and after a few months of being back in the gym I was finding it really boring and had no idea what I was doing ,
Karen has given me the tools to be able to work on my own now , which is something in all my years Ive never been able to do , Karen is encouraging and I never feel out of my depth but at the same time she will push me out of my comfort zone so I can achieve things I think I cant !

After my 6th session with Karen I really am starting to see results feeling stronger and seeing the change ! Karen spent time with me to really get to know what it was I wanted from the sessions and we have worked on this and each week with a slightly different routine Karen makes the sessions fun and pushes me little bit more, which I love !

Karen is an amazing personal trainer. I commenced sessions with her at the end of last year, not knowing if it was possible for someone of my age to develop a standard of fitness that would enable me to maintain and improve cardio and core strength. She listened to my goal ideals and after carrying out an assessment of my initial standard of fitness, devised a program that would help me progress to a point where I started to feel and notice a difference in all aspects of my physical performance. Karen at all times praised and encouraged me to manage the challenge that some of the activities presented and with her support I was able to achieve these. What can I say except Karen is amazing. She is so informative about nutrition , exercise , menopause., And so much more. We had a great consultation to find out goals.
