Hey Team, I’m Coach Karen Martinez.

For the past 10 years, I’ve helped people from all walks of life not just achieve their fitness goals—but completely transform their lives. My coaching goes beyond workouts. It’s about building strength in every sense: physically, mentally, and emotionally.

When we work together, it’s not just about looking good—it’s about feeling good. I’ll help you break past limitations, build confidence, and create a body and mindset you’re truly proud of. I’ve been training with Karen for 7 months and it’s been a joy. I don’t like going to the gym but I look forward to it now when I’m training with Karen. I first started training with Karen just over a year ago and it has been fantastic. I’ve lost 10kg in weight and I’m so much fitter and stronger. The exercises we do are really varied and fun, no two sessions are the same. Karen really listens to how you’re feeling and really encourages you to be the best that you can. I’d 100% recommend Karen to anyone wanting to start training.

I've trained with KD45 fitness for 9 months. Karen is amazing. My fitness level was very low before we started and while I still have a long way to go, every little win matters. I couldn't climb stairs without breaks and now I can do 250! I don't tire as easily and can do more. Karen has been incredibly supportive throughout and always accounts for any injuries. We never do the same thing twice. Highly recommend her!

At the end of last year, after 20+ years of no exercise, I decided it was time for a change. A holiday in Greece made me realise I wasn’t happy with my body—I could either hide away or get fit.
